Two clear images of the damaged product
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.
After verification, we will:
Re-send and replace the damaged product at no additional cost
Provide assistance within 24–48 hours of receiving your email

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences and will not be considered defects.
Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.
We assure fair evaluation and resolution in all genuine cases.
