If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 5 days of the delivery date.

How to Report:

Send an email to info@jewelroots.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One clear image of the outer shipping box

  • Two clear images of the damaged product

If your order was shipped in multiple packages, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.

After verification, we will:

  • Re-send and replace the damaged product at no additional cost

  • Provide assistance within 24–48 hours of receiving your email

We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly.


2. Missing Product

If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

How to Report:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer shipping box

  • Two clear images of the opened box showing all items received

We do not offer refunds for missing items. However, after verification, we will promptly re-send the missing product.

You will receive a response within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided.


3. Defective or Quality Concern

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Clear images or video of the product

  • Description of the issue
